Hi, I’m Lorissa! If you’ve found me here, we may very well be kindred spirits. I’m a nurse & herbalist by trade, but my longing for balance & financial freedom, and my love of Latin America has led me to beach front real estate. My husband and I own and manage numerous real estate properties in the US and more recently, in Honduras. My first journey to Latin America was in 2008 when much to my mother’s horror I quit my job, gave away all of my belongings, and bought a one way ticket to Mexico City. Over the course of the next few months I traversed my way on foot, crammed onto chicken buses, and hitchhiked rides with strangers through Mexico & Central America. Along the way I made friends, found a sense of peace within myself, learned Spanish, took some chances, unknowingly swam with sharks, and spent my last dollar. Hey, when adventure calls you best go big or go home! Fast forward a couple of decades, and I have now put together the magic code to living a life that is both financially successful, but still makes room for adventure and following my dreams. I lead with the belief that experience is our best teacher and so we’d better just dive in and go for it!

My biggest loves in life include anything beachy, helping rescued animals, getting my hands dirty in the garden, and adventuring with my husband. I’m here today to assist you in realizing your dreams of owning a beach front property, living a balanced life, and achieving financial success along the way.
